About the Gameplay

When you begin playing the Crazy Taxi game, you’ll find that the objective is to get customers to get in the taxi and then to get them to their destination as fast as you can. You can earn more money by narrowly missing other cars or by doing stunts with your taxi. Large green arrows that appear at the upper section of your screen will direct you towards the destination you are seeking. When you get to the destination you need to stop at a particular place and once you are there, you’ll get the fare from your customer. The ratings are given to driver depending upon the time it took to get to the destination. If the timer runs out before you’re able to drop off the customer, customers will simply jump out of the taxi.

There are several settings to choose from with the Crazy Taxi game. You can go with the Arcade rules, the 10 minute setting, 5 minute setting, or even the 3 minute settings. For the settings that have a time limit, you only have a specific period of time and then the taxi will stop. However, if you use Arcade Rules, you’ll start with just one minute, but you can extend the time with fast deliveries and time bonuses that can be earned as well. For those that have the console version of this game, you’ll find that there is a Crazy Box mode, which offers various challenges that are small games to play.
